What is Haigh’s Collect?
Haigh's Collect is available at selected store locations. A curated range of Haigh's most popular chocolates is available to purchase online with orders ready to collect in 24 hours. Haigh’s Collect orders must be placed online at www.collect.haighschocolates.com.au and collected at the nominated store.

How does Haigh’s Collect Work?
When you place Haigh’s Collect order on the website, your order is sent to the
nominated store. An order confirmation email with your order number on it will be sent to you. The store team will then pick and pack your order ready for you to collect. You will receive another email to advise your order is ready for collection. Present this email at the store when collecting your order.

Can I change my Haigh’s Collect order after it has been placed?
If you wish to make a change, please contact the Customer Care team who can assist you prior to collecting your order. Phone 1300 424 447, email customercare@haighs.com.au.

Can I purchase additional chocolates when I collect my Haigh’s Collect order?
No. All orders must be placed online via the Haigh’s Collect website.

Is there a charge for Haigh’s Collect?
No, the Haigh’s Collect service is free.

Are all products available for the Haigh’s Collect service?
No. A selection of our most popular and best-selling products are available for purchase via
Haigh’s Collect.

What if I want to purchase an item not in the Haigh’s Collect range?
You will need to place an order online via the main website for delivery via Australia Post.

When can I pick up my Haigh’s Collect order?
Your order will be ready for collection 1 business day after placing your order.
The store location details will be on the order confirmation email. Please ensure
to check the store collection times.

What do I need to bring to pick up my Haigh’s Collect order?
Please bring the order confirmation email (either hard copy or digital) that has
the order number on it. You will also need to be able to confirm the name on
the order to the store team upon collection.

Can someone else pick up my Haigh’s Collect order for me?
Yes. Just provide them with the order confirmation email and the name the order
is under and they will be able to collect your order.

What if I can’t pick up my Haigh’s Collect order when I said I would?

What happens if a Haigh’s Collect order has not been collected?
A collection reminder email will be sent on day 3 and 7. If the order has not been collected after 2 weeks, the items will be returned to stock and the customer refunded. An email will be sent advising of the refund.

Can I pay for my Haigh's Collect order with a Haigh's Gift Card?
No, unfortunately it is not possible at the moment.
